  • Contactless means that you don’t have to see or speak to a staff member to make a booking, check in or check out of the motel if you don’t wish to. You simply make your booking here on the website, then you will receive a confirmation text message and email sent to you. The day before your arrival you will receive an email with your room number and access code. You will also receive your room number and access code via text message on the morning of your arrival. If you do not receive these please contact our staff on 5300 1810.

    When you arrive you simply enter the access code on the keypad on your door and you are automatically checked in. Your code is like your key. You will need it to gain access to your room every time. When it comes time to check out, you simply close the door behind you and move on to your next adventure!

  • Our staff will process payment for your room on the morning of arrival for any balance owing using the credit card details that you provided when making your booking and a tax invoice will be sent to your email.

    If you wish to organise a different form of payment, please contact our staff on 5300 1810 the day prior to arrival to do this.

  • We have an Office on site, located at the front of the property in Room 1 . One of our friendly team members is in the office between 9am to 5pm weekdays, 11am to 3pm Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays. They can be contacted on 5300 1810. If you need assistance after hours, please call 0438 810 036

  • No, we don’t. But you’re in luck as there are plenty of places in Boorowa to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Roadhouse Cafe, Superb Bakery, The Marsden St General & Hollys Coffee Shop are open from 8am for breakfast. The Court House Hotel, The Boorowa Ex-Services Club, The Boorowa Chinese Restaurant, Boorowa Hotel (The Top Pub) and Shaun’s Fresh Cafe (as well as all of the breakfast places listed) are all open for lunch and dinner.
